E100™ Group CoachingMillion Dollar Plus Club’s recently established new membership offering is the E100 Group Coaching Program. What to expectYour E100 Group Coaching program starts with an incredible, and private 25 minute one-on-one laser coaching call with Anne McKevitt. On this call Anne will delve into your business and help you figure out your strong points, weak areas, discuss your businesss model and highlight opportunities. You will then draw up your program goals and financial milestones for the coming period.
Following this each month the focus will be on building your business through audio tele-classes hosted by Anne, a host of step by step materials and access to Anne’s favoured resources.
As you complete each module you will move forward to the next in a business building sequence. Members will be expected to not just participate but to actively engage and craft changes as the program rolls out. The whole purpose is “to do” and take action after learning.
BUSINESS EVALUATION—Each member will get a full business evaluation. Our belief is that there is no point coaching someone about their business unless we understand your business. Individuals gain knowledge but acting on it, if they are veering down the wrong road, is an abject waste of time and money. Unlike other business coaching programs we offer a methodology that ascertains your likely hood of exponential growth in your business right at the very start. We will dig deep into your business, its operations and your mindset, then pinpoint areas for you to review, re-consider and forge.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY—You will learn the key components and critical steps for expanding your business and achieving wealth. This segment will provide invaluable guidance on many areas, including viable visioning; business expansion streams; holistic improvement; short-, mid-, and long-term thinking; uncovering overlooked yet excellent opportunities; re-evaluating your offerings; affiliations and partnerships benefits; new generational gender/socio markets; and business modeling and weighing up regional, national, and global markets.CASH FLOW—We all know that cash flow is king in business but what Anne McKevitt has seen over and over again makes her shudder. “Freshman Millionaires often hurtle out of control as chunks of money roll into their bank accounts; first they loose it by spending big on the business with no month by month plan of expenditure, then they overstaff, then they play big, then they give-away big, followed by flaunting to the world big. BRAND ALIGNMENT—Anne McKevitt is a recognised global expert in brand identity, and in this segment you will cover all aspects related to branding and your brand. Although many people have an awareness of branding, many times they have the know how but don’t look to instigate it within their own organization effectively. Anne will cover all the areas that need to be reflected including your branding culture, your brand history, your brand relevance, your brand architecture and hierarchy, your brand messaging, your DNA identity profiling, your brand overhauling if required, your brand re-invention if required, your brand story, your brand connection and brand correlation and measures.
BRAINSTORMING AND IDEA GENERATION—You will learn the valuable techniques Anne uses when she is working with some of the most recognised business brands in the world on how to effectively brainstorm and generate ideas. This will encompass a multi-pronged approach that stimulates the entrepreneur to dig deeper into the world of thinking laterally. In this segment you will undertake a process of fine tuning and applying the techniques to specific areas of your business.
COST CUTTING & STAFFING STRATEGIES—You will explore how to cut through the layers quickly to reveal where your business is unnecessarily spending money. You will accomplish this through a method of outcomes for incomes that includes peeling back the onion on every system to reveal hidden costs while keeping staff onside; exploring ways to increase productivity; and extreme outsourcing and smart thinking on how to reverse some fixed costs into profits.
MARKETING STRATEGY—You will be introduced to and drilled in methods that will expand your reach; help you determine the best target market; develop materials manifestation and generational differences followed by systematic development of new prospects; and help you execute lead follow-up, social media approaches, closing deal strategies, and follow-up on sales of products, services, and on-the-horizon marketing activities.
PUBLIC RELATIONS STRATEGY—Public relations is talked about a lot, but little understood and most often under-utilised by entrepreneurs. You learn how to use PR to great business advantage. This segment will include initially understanding PR for your business; the whys/hows/whens; examples of PR campaigns to emulate from small/medium/large businesses; PR strategies that work and the mediums of execution, crafting your PR map around your business development strategy; creating an annual PR plan that is doeable; securing the best copywriters that work for your business message; when to use candor versus controversy, and the snowball effect and financial windfalls to be ready and prepped for.
InductionA 90-minute audio introduction from Anne McKevitt, giving you her background story, her philosophy on wealth building and entrepreneurship, followed by full information on how the six-month program will work, what to expect, what to do, and how to get the best benefits from it.
